Hawaii cuts public school repair backlog in half

From The Honolulu Advertiser: A backlog of repair and maintenance work at Hawaii's public schools that at one point soared to nearly three-quarters of a billion dollars has been cut by half and stands at one of its lowest points in the last 10 years.
