From The South County Mail: Voters in the Seymour (Mo.) R-2 School District have rejected a $3.5 million bond proposal for facility improvements. The bond issue proposal would have enabled the district to build a new gymnasium; complete the renovation of the elementary school cafeteria; and remodel other district space.
