San Marcos (Calif.) district wins approval of $287 million bond proposal

From The San Diego Union-Tribune: Voters in the San Marcos (Calif.) Unified School District have passed a $287 million school bond measure. The first bond projects that the district will carry out are the rebuilding of 50-year-old San Marcos High School and major reconstruction at Alvin Dunn Elementary.
