Bond issue in Lynden (Wash.) district seeks funds for new middle school

From The Bellingham Herald: Voters in the Lynden (Wash.) School District soon will be getting ballots on a $35 million bond measure to build a new middle school and do construction at Fisher Elementary and Lynden High schools. Ballots are due Feb. 8.
