No one is injured after driver in Ohio lost consciousness
Three high school freshmen inOhio saved themselves and two dozen other students when they safely brought their school bus to a stop after the driver became unconscious. The bus had missed its stop at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School in Chardon, Ohio, and was swerving between roadside ditches and oncoming traffic. Jeff Eippert, Tyler Pirc and Mike Tutolo worked together to grab the steering wheel and hit the brakes. Police say the driver was a diabetic and slipped out of consciousness because of low blood sugar. None of the 27 students on board was injured, and the driver was subsequently revived.
