Rockwood (Mo.) district sets bond plans

Voters in the Rockwood (Mo.) district will decide in April whether to approve a $74.5 million bond proposal. The facilities plan earmarks more than $36 million for additions to existing schools, $6.5 million to improve security, $3.6 million to renovate existing space, $10.2 million for major repairs, and more than $3 million to address health and accessibility issues.
