Office lease will enable Wake County (N.C.) district to consolidate administrative space

School system’s administration will move to Cary, N.C.

From The Raleigh News & Observer: The Wake County (N.C.) school system has signed the paperwork to relocate its main administrative offices from Raleigh to Cary. School officials have executed a lease to increase its office space to 175,000 square feet at Crossroads Corporate Park in Cary. The district will consolidate several locations, including its main building in Raleigh. School officials say the consolidation will save $29 million over 20 years.
