District plans to install artificial turf field, new track

From The St. Louis Post-Dispatch: The Collinsville (Ill.) School Board is moving forward with plans to spend $1.3 million for an artificial turf athletic field and a new track, fencing, scoreboard, bleachers and sound system at the the district's high school.
