North Carolina district wins approval for two high schools; Johnston County system also will add two elementary schools.

The Johnston County (N.C.) school district has won voter approval of a $99 million bond proposal. The money will enable the district to build high schools in the Archer's Lodge and Cleveland areas, two elementary schools in the Clayton and Princeton areas.
