Food service provider makes $20 million settlement with New York schools and colleges

State attorney general had accused Sodexo of overcharging school systems

From WGRZ-TV: The state of New York has reached a $20 million settlement with food services provider Sodexo for overcharging 21 New York school districts as well as the public college system. The state found the company overcharged schools in New York for five years by not acknowledging rebates from suppliers.
