University of Michigan facility gets LEED silver rating

Ross School of Business building designed to be energy efficient

News release: The new facility for the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor has received a silver LEED rating from the U.S. Green Building Council. The facility's storm-water management system reduces runoff by 28 percent; more efficient water fixtures reduce potable water use by 42 percent.
