Levy approval means buses return to Milford (Ohio) schools

School bus service was curtailed in 2007 when tax question failed

Buses will roll again Jan. 5 forMilford (Ohio) School District students whose transportation was cut in 2007. In January 2007, as a result of a failed levy, the district eliminated busing for high school students and for students who live within two miles of school. The school board promised to restore that service if voters approved a levy in November. The levy appeared to have failed immediately after the election, but after a recount, it gained enought votes to be approved.
