New Orleans administrator returns to St. Louis as superintendent

Kelvin Adams will be city's 8th superintendent in five years

Kelvin Adams, an administrator who left theSt. Louis school district last year to help New Orleans rebuild after Hurricane Katrina, will return to St. Louis as the 37th superintendent in the 170-year history of the district. Adams, who has been the chief of staff for the New Orleans Recovery School District, will be the eighth superintendent to head the district since 2003.
