Retired Baltimore teacher wins $210,000 in whistleblower lawsuit

From The Baltimore Sun: A retired Baltimore schoolteacher who alleged she was forced to retire after blowing the whistle on testing improprieties has been awarded $293,000 by a Baltimore Circuit Court jury. The award for Joyce V. Dunston was reduced to $210,000 because of a legal limit on awards.
