Court allows lawsuit over finance formula to move forward

From The Indianapolis Star: Indiana school districts can challenge the way the state distributes funds for public education, a Hamilton County judge says. The ruling allows a lawsuit over the school funding formula filed by the Hamilton Southeastern, Franklin Township and Middlebury school districts to go forward.
