Former Penn State president charged with perjury and obstruction related to Sandusky

Graham Spanier was ousted by the university after sex abuse scandal became public

From The Harrisburg Patriot-News: Former Pennsylvania State University president Graham Spanier has been charged with obstruction, endangering the welfare of children and perjury related to the Jerry Sandusky case. In addition, former vice president Gary Schultz and athletic director Tim Curley face additional charges, including felony obstruction, endangerment and conspiracy. Schultz and Curley had been charged last year with perjury and failure to report a crime. The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office announced the details of the allegations.
