From The Cleveland Plain Dealer: Three Northeast Ohio charter schools -- Arts Academy in Lorain, and Arts Academy West and Marcus Garvey Academy in Cleveland -- will have their state funding cut off because they haven't straightened out their financial records. The schools were declared unauditable Nov. 3 and had 90 days to fix the problem. State officials say the schools have not done so.
