Wake County can't find buyers for its bonds

With an unfavorable market for selling bonds, theWake County (N.C.) school district is deciding which construction projects it can put on hold. Because of problems selling bonds, Wake commissioners have agreed to postpone $154 million in building projects, and most of those involve schools.
