Audit in Utah questions colleges' use of operations and maintenance funds

From The Salt Lake Tribune: A legislative audit in Utah has identified 23 recently completed campus buildings across the state that are ineligible for state operation and maintenance funds, but probably are receiving them anyway. There’s no way to know for sure because of inadequate documentation, the audit says.
