From The Gloucester County Times: An $18.4 million bond referendum for proposed renovations to the two schools in the East Greenwich (N.J.) district has been defeated.

Earlier...from The Philadelphia Inquirer: Voters in East Greenwich Township, N.J., will be asked to approve a nearly $18.5 million proposal to expand and renovate two schools. School officials say the work is necessary to meet the demands of increased enrollment. The work also would increase the buildings' energy efficiency. The improvements would include 12 new classrooms at the Jeffrey Clark School and 16 new classrooms and a new gymnasium stage and cafeteria expansion at the Samuel Mickle School.
