Pittsburg State University in Kansas hopes to build $30 million facility
A $10 million gift from an anonymous donor will move Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kan., a step closer to getting a performing and fine arts center. The new center will replace Carney Hall, which was demolished nearly 30 years ago because of structural concerns. Brad Hodson, vice president for university advancement, says the cost of this project could exceed $30 million.
