Man says he owns land that is to be part of the George W. Bush library
From The Dallas Morning News: Lawyers for Southern Methodist University in Dallas say they've reached another settlement with one of the men who claims to own land at the site of the future George W. Bush Presidential Library. John McElhaney, an attorney for SMU, confirms that the university has struck a deal with former condominium owner Robert Tafel. The lawyer declined to give any details.
