Money would pay for facility renovations, solar panel installation

From The Newark Star Ledger: Voters in the Livingston (N.J.) district will decide on Dec. 8 whether to approve a $42.5 million bond proposal. The money would pay for a solar panel initiative at all nine township schools and the local share of infrastructure upgrades. That work would involve new roofs and windows, door replacements, elevator upgrades and plumbing and electrical upgrades at every school except the high school.
