Money to build new classrooms is lacking

From The Charlotte Observer: The Charlotte-Mecklenburg (N.C.) school board has directed district staff to formally study the pros and cons of year-round schools. The board is looking for ions for ways to relieve classroom crowding at a time when no money is available to build new schools. Elsewhere in North Carolina, Wake County has 46 year-round elementary and middle schools.
