Methuen, Mass., begins overhaul of high school

$100 million renovation and expansion will take 3 years

From The North Andover Eagle-Tribune: Construction has begun on the renovation and expansion of Methuen (Mass.) High School. The state of Massachusetts is contributing about $65 million to the $100 million project., which is expected to be finished in 2014. The renovations are intended to correct the educational problems created by the 1970s open concept design.
