Early storm derails school calendars for many districts in the Northeast

Many systems have already depleted their reserve of snow days

From The New York Times: School districts throughout the Northeastern United States are trying to recover from a surprise snowstorm that has played havoc with their calendars, forcing them to cancel classes, games, club meetings and fall celebrations, and to deplete their inventory of snow days long before winter sets in.
