Some parents are concerned that quality will decline because of too many students

From The Atlanta Journal-Constitution: With an enrollment of more than 157,000 students and continuing to grow, the Gwinnett County (Ga.) district may be getting too large to maintain its academic strength, some parents say. They point to overcrowded campuses, a dip in average SAT scores, a spike in poverty, a blossoming population of international students still learning English, nagging student discipline incidents and crime.
