Bond package passes in Malverne (N.Y.) district

From The Long Island Herald: The Malverne (N.Y.) Union Free School District has won approval of a $14.1 million bond package. Two propositions were approved: a $9.9 million plan to upgrade and repair the Maurice W. Downing Primary and Davison Avenue Intermediary schools, and a $4.2 million to upgrade Malverne High School's athletic facilities and locker rooms at Howard T. Herber Middle School.
