Philadelphia reform commission OKs expansion of 3 charter schools

From The Philadelphia Inquirer: The Philadelphia School Reform Commission has authorized 2,031 additional seats in three charter schools over the next few years and approved new five-year operating agreements for four schools. Commission members say the expansions are part of an effort to increase the number of spots for students in high-performing schools.
