Gallup-McKinley County schools seek funds for facility improvements

From The Gallup Independent: Voters in in the Gallup-McKinley County (N.M.) school district will go to the polls on Feb. 2 to decide whether to approve a $20 million general obligation bond proposal. The money will be used to improve existing school facilities and build new ones.
