From The Morning Sun: The Alma (Mich.) school district will ask voters to approve a $9.71 million bond proposal on Aug 3. All of the money would be used for improvements at the high school. The 40-year-old school still has most of the original single pane windows in classrooms and the hot water heating system is difficult to regulate. Also, most rooms only have two electrical outlets, which is not enough to accommodate modern technology.
