North Muskegon (Mich.) district plans bond vote

$1.7 million proposal would pay for new buses, technology upgrade

From The Muskegon Chronicle: The North Muskegon (Mich.) school district has begun planning for a $1.7 million bond election that would pay for new buses and technology upgrades. The board is asking the state to grant permission for the election. North Muskegon plans to buy two new buses with bond funds. The remaining money would be used to purchase laptop carts, enhance wireless service and sound systems, upgrade servers, buy new computers for student use and install a new phone system.
