Renovations planned at Joliet junior college

Administrators want priority given to new campus center

Students are likely to be the first beneficiaries of Joliet (Ill.) Junior College's master plan renovations. In working out a phasing plan to complete the $229 million list of construction projects, college administrators are suggesting the board move forward first on building a new campus center to house the college's bookstore and offices ranging from admissions to financial aid. Currently, those offices are scattered throughout the college's main campus.
