A high school senior and his parents have sued the Pinellas County (Fla.) school board. Taylor Tillung contends that he was denied due process and should not have have been transferred to another school for "mooning" a teacher. Tillung, a senior at Palm Harbor University High School, "mooned" a drama teacher last month when she would not let him attend a school Lip Sync concert.
