New facility will replace South Shore school in Seattle; Students from preK to 8th grade will attend school.

The Seattle School District is planning to build a $64.7 million preK-8 facility to replace the existing South Shore School. The 120,000-square-foot school will have a capacity of between 600 to 900 students. construction is expected to be completed in 2009. The architect is BLRB Architects.
