Ruling says state's concealed-carry law overrides university's authority

From The Denver Post: The Colorado Supreme Court has struck down the University of Colorado's campus gun ban, saying the university's Board of Regents overstepped its authority in blocking students from carrying licensed concealed weapons. Justices ruled that in passing the Concealed Carry Act, the General Assembly “intended to divest the Board of Regents of its authority to regulate concealed handgun possession on campus.”
