Students atAugusta Lewis Troup School in New Haven, Conn., have begun the new school year in a new building, thanks to a $52 million renovation project. The K-8 school, closed for remodeling during the last two years, is the 26th school in the city to reopen after receiving extensive renovations, part of the $1.5 billion Citywide School Construction Program.
