$88 million construction prooposal rejected in Mattawan (Mich.) district

From The Kalamazoo Gazette: The Mattawan (Mich.) Consolidated School District failed to win approval of a $88 million bond proposal. The fund would have helped pay for two new elementary school buildings; an addition at the middle school; and construction of a science, technology and mathematics wing at the high school.
