New Jersey gives approval to 23 new charter schools

From The Philadelphia Inquirer: New Jersey has announced the approval of 23 new charter schools. Come next September, New Jersey's total number of charters will be 97, educating about 25,000 students, according to the state education department. Six of the 23 new schools will open later.
