High school expansion planned in Danvers, Mass.

$70.9 million project will add 92,000 square feet

From The Boston Globe: The town of Danvers, Mass., is ready to break ground on a high school renovation and expansion project. The Massachusetts School Building Authority has committed to reimbursing the town for 56.1 percent of project costs it deems eligible for funding. The project calls for renovating 157,000 square feet of the existing high school and constructing additions totaling 92,000 square feet and is expected to cost $70.9 million.
