New wing under construction at Baltimore high school

Space added to Benjamin Franklin High will hold administrative and community offices

From The Baltimore Sun: The Baltimore city school system is adding a new wing to Benjamin Franklin High School that will house administrative and community offices. The construction project also will restore an entrance to the 85-year-old facility that has been bricked over for years. Students have begun removing the bricks from the walled-over entrance.
