Suit alleges that Leander (Texas) district didn't protect student from bullying

From The Austin American-Statesman: A 20-year-old with Asperger's syndrome has sued the Leander (Texas) district, arguing that school officials failed to protect him from bullying. Because of his disability, the suit says, Patrick was frequently teased in middle and high school.
