Deputy superintendent is being promoted to top job
From The Minneapolis Star Tribune: The Minneapolis school board has chosen Bernadeia Johnson to be the district's new superintendent. Johnson, now deputy superintendent, is expected to take the reins from Superintendent Bill Green in July. The selection follows the board's decision last month to forgo a traditional superintendent search and tap Johnson as its sole candidate.
