McKinney (Texas) school district wins approval of $191 million bond proposal

Money will enable district to expand several school campuses

From The McKinney Courier-Gazette: Voters have approved the McKinney (Texas) school district's proposed $191 million bond package. Some of the money will be used to expand McKinney High School and McKinney North High School. When expansions are complete, both campuses will be able to accommodate 3,000 students. The bonds also will pay for expansions at Reuben Johnson Elementary School, Malvern Elementary School, Dowell Middle School, and Faubion Middle School.
