From The Washington Post: Hazing persists at high schools in the Washington, D.C., area, despite efforts to stamp it out. Nationwide, lawsuits and complaints related to high school hazing rose from 33 in 2000 to 277 last year, says Lee Green, a sports law expert at Baker University in Kansas. He says more victims are stepping forward.
