Food is focus at New York City school

At Food and Finance High School in New York City, food is woven into every aspect of the academic load. The high school in Midtown Manhattan is the city's first dedicated to the food business. The school is an experiment in the city’s efforts to create more small schools and is part of the national movement to elevate culinary training.
