University of Cincinnati approves plans for $10.7 million athletic complex

From The Cincinnati Enquirer: University of Cincinnati trustees have approved development of a $10.7 million athletic complex by fall 2010 that will include practice fields for the football team. The complex eventually would include seating for fans, concessions and locker rooms and would be used by other university teams.
