New housing ready to open at Missouri college

Park University in Parkville has built a 250-student residence hall

Park University in Parkville, Mo., is preparing to open Copley Quad, a student residence that will accommodate 250. A typical suite has about 840 square feet of furnished living space and accommodates four students. Each unit has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a shared living area with an efficiency kitchen. The building also has 2,500 square feet of common area space that includes a conference/classroom, staff offices, 24-hour reception desk, laundry facilities, recreational space, a full-service kitchen, computer labs and study rooms.The architects are Ellerbe Becket and Sinclair Hille.
