Eastchester (N.Y.) district seeks funds for middle school upgrades

From The Journal News: Eastchester (N.Y.) school district voters will be asked Oct. 12 whether to spend $12.8 million on new classrooms and some upgrades to Eastchester Middle School. It would be the third such request in the past five years; residents rejected building project proposals in 2006 and 2008.
