Davenport University closing several locations

Campuses in Michigan and Indiana are being shut down

Davenport University is closing some of its Michigan and Indiana locations. The private university, which offers degrees in business, technology and health care, will close Michigan branches in Bad Axe, Bay City, Lapeer and Romeo by this fall, a school spokeswoman says. Davenport also will close two Indiana campuses in Merrilville and South Bend. Those closing dates had not been determined.
